PROJECT ENGINEER

We'are looking to hire a Project Engineer who shall report to the Engineering Manager and be inserted in a new products Design, Research and Development team.

The ideal candidate is an Industrial Engineer, preferably mechanical, with at least 5 years of experience in advanced design at technical departments in the sector of pumps and applied fluid dynamics, with in-depth knowledge of CAD 3D systems (knowledge of the system Pro/E - Wildfire shall constitute an additional asset), FEM structural analysis packages and Microsoft programs (Office, Outlook, Project).

In this role, the successful candidate will be able to personally follow the entire new product process development and/or current product improvement phases, from concept design, structural and fluid dynamic checking calculations, construction and assembly drawings for production, project plan advancement, relations with clients and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge of English, the ability to work independently, knowledge of FMEA methodologies for the reduction of defects and good interpersonal skills.
